DR, TERRY BECKET
Terry was a Technical
Manager at Bell Laboratories, in both Columbus, Ohio and
Naperville, Illinois. At AT&T Bell Laboratories, Dr.
Beckett was instrumental in both hardware and software
architecture design and support. This included real time
operating system design, software performance analysis,
Highly reliable computer design (the 3B20D
processor), micro programming, software debugging tool
design, 5ESS System project management, integration
testing, customer support of the 5ESS Switching System
and the 2STP Signaling System, and migration of the 2STP
development platform from an Amdahl mainframe to a SUN
based distributed computing environment.

THOMAS M. O' LEARY
Tom was
employed by AT&T for over thirty (30) years. He held
many different positions including: Director of
Manufacturing and Development. In this position, Tom was
responsible for changing out the main processor for all
toll-switching systems in the AT&T network. This
project was defined as critical due to the potential
disruption effect on AT&T's major revenue
stream.
Tom was also the Chief engineer for
reconfiguration into a high velocity, high product mix
environment. This project consisted of infrastructure
facilities, layout, product flow and procedures.

DILIP PATEL
Mr. Patel
brings more than 27 years of business and technical
operations experience to SOFTLAND / LCSI. He has
experience in business analysis, strategy planning and
implementation, general and program management,
technical management and operations management across a
broad range of products within Lucent Bell Labs.
He recently retired from Lucent Technologies as
Director of CRM -IVR R&D programs. Mr. Patel has
successfully planned and launched new products into the
global market by working closely with marketing,
manufacturing, engineering, customer support, sales and
other business functions. In 1996 - 1997 he was the
Managing Director of the Tata/Lucent joint venture in
India and Managing Director of the first Bell Labs in
India at Pune of which he was also the founding
father.
He has BS and MS degrees in Eng from the
University of Portsmouth and Columbia University
respectively

PADMANABHAN SATHYA
Sathya was
a Systems Engineer for AT&T Bell Labs, Columbus,
Ohio. There he engineered nationwide messaging systems
for 80 million people. As a software developer, Sathya
developed and designed development and maintenance
software tools for the 2STP, network software for
signaling, and performed integration of SS7 based
signaling software.

DR. RAGHU VENUGOPAL
Dr. Raghu
Venugopal worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories, in both
Columbus, Ohio and Holmdel, New Jersey. During his 10
year tenure there Dr. Venugopal was instrumental in a
wide range of activities spanning manufacturing,
telecommunications, and software development.
Dr. Venugopal Designed and developed ``Manager
Controller" which was patented. He designed and
developed Workflow systems for Lucent Technologies. Dr.
Venugopal received the extraordinary contribution award
each year during the 10 years he was at AT&T.
