Smart Call Controller.
The Smart Call Controller is a application to customize the standard telephony services on the series 60 mobile phones. This enables the busy users to take an pre-planned action on the incoming calls. The action can be any one of, Simple rejection of call or Reject and respond through SMS or Accept the call and answer through the pre-recorded voice samples. Also the application provides a way to segregate the peoples into two groups which will be useful to take an appropriate action when call comes from them.
MP3 Player.
MP3 Player is a most useful application for the music lovers with smart phones without built-in player. It enables the user to play their favorite music on the go. User can change the application's look and feel by changing the skins. Smart buttons makes the application more user friendly.

Using Parlay/OSA
The Parlay/OSA applications to find the specified subscriber in the network map,
for routing the incoming calls to the mailbox depending upon the unavailability of the subscriber to which the call has been made and routing the incoming calls to the specific numbers specified by the subscriber
The end user uses the web interface to set up the alert message. the alerts will be sent based on the end user configuration of the application. Privileged visitors can see the subscriber's current location on web based map. The map can be zoomed in/out and subscriber's near by locations can be viewed.

Webservices and J2EE

TSCC
Technical Support Call Center (TSCC) application , This being used by LCSI and Lucent technical support team. About 200 technical support engineers will be providing service for the customers round the clock(24x7).
LVMS
LCSI voice mail server (LVMS) is based on Avaya's Intuity Conversant system which covers the unanswered calls on any of the extensions. Users can access the voice mail box by means of phone (voice) and web access and administration of voice mail.
Scheduler,
LCSI Natural Language Speech Recognition Application Scheduler is the automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application that can invoke calls to customers to remind them of their appointments, schedule or reschedule their appointments via using a natural language speech interface.
The interactive interface between application Scheduler and customers is conducted in natural language. For example, application Scheduler will ask the customer “what time do you like?” and the customer can say “how about day after tomorrow”, “any time in the morning”. The Scheduler IVR application goes back to check the availability of the technician and confirm it with the customer.
CML
Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML) application is a IVR based solution, to be run on an IVR system for Columbus Metropolitan Library to provide patrons/callers with an automated service.
